It's the first I had heard of this but apparently the junior county cup draws are being made on a "regional" basis. (This cannot be true for all as City under 14s girls have been to Crosby)
Apparently its because teams are withdrawing because of the travel elements that may be placed upon them. As you can chose weather to enter or not defeats the logic, as you will still have enough teams to provide a cup competition. However, it seems that it may be another politically correct issue. Where will it end?
