Also in attendance at the dinner last night was a racing stable from Thirsk with jockey Silvestre De Sousa

The word is he is riding a cert in the 4.45 at Newmarket today- Morache Music.

Sadly you won't break the bank- latest price is 11/8 on

Joe, I wouldn't bet at odds-on- I think that's a real mug's game

Some of the Gillford lads befriended the jockey who seemed a decent bloke- all 4 foot 6 of him!!
