There is another meeting on 13th July to discuss the formation of a new senior league, covering Cumbria & Westmorland. I see that the Westmorland League has lost two of its bigger sides this season- Kendal County & Ambleside are going into the West Lancs league. This would be an early blow to any new league as these two would have been candidates to join.
Ambleside were champions last season, with Kendal County third.
