Into the top 4 for the first time in god knows how long, 6 behind the dark side with a game in hand and they have to come to eastlands - Steelio thanks for the 12 points start I could be buying the drink come the end of the season, WITH YOUR MONEY, HA!!!!

Sir Alex will be wishing he paid the £25M for Stan Tevez and his brother Carlos, he spent £30 on Berbatov but was not prepared to pay £25 for Carlos, I think he's losing it personally, all these rants about referee's, time keeping, his bacon not being crisp enough in the canteen and him not being invited on Waza's walk, time for Mourinho to come back to England.

As long as Man City keep Liverpool out the top four, then I win my bet with Craig Nugent! wink

At the start of the season I thought if City were going to get into the top 4 it might be at the expense of Arsenal (sorry walks/kerro). Like many others I thought Liverpool would be strong challengers but it's all gone a bit pete tong for them so far, but there's time yet I guess, they need Torres and Gerrard to stay fit and firing on all cylinders otherwise I think Brian's bet might be a good one.

Wilbo, my weather weary friend. You need to get a few more hours sleep, cos you talk some sh..e. Manchester City 12 months ago finished absolutley nowhere, then they spend in 12 months the national debt of Brazil ( Utd spent the same amout in 5 years and look what they won with that money), and rejoyce at being in the top 4. Sounds like a Chelski scenario, but please dont forget "The Dark Side " are the holders and have been for THREE seasons, so please dont underestimate Mr Ferguson.
City are doing well and I will gladly pay you your £20 if they keep the ratchers out of Europe next season, but over confidence by fans of a club who have won JACK, seems a bit premature...and by a man of your senior years.

See ya in May..........." Oh, and the Mickey Mouse Cup doesnt count to us, but may to you, that shows the difference in the two clubs"

Lou have you been on the special brew in hammonds pond again.

Snow shoes, they can spend as much as the national debt of the whole of South America for all I care, utd will have to spend plenty as well to stay up there as looking at the players they have in "reserve" they are not up to much.

Sir Alex will have a big end of season clear out according to the press, Berbatov, Nani, Anderson, Neville, Vidic, Wellbeck and Foster are all mentioned. If he does, do you think he will be able to replace them all with existing or up and coming youngsters, the answer I think is "no". He will try and go into the market and buy new players, that is of course providing the Glaziers allow him enough money to do so. After getting back from our snow treck this morning I turned sky news on and they are talking about having to sell Rooney to raise money, who knows he could be linking up with his old muckers stan and Carlos again at City.

The dark side are indeed the yard stick for everyone and we have a long way to go to achieve what they have done, but it's got to start sometime and nows as good a time as any.

As you well know my flat footed friend my only ambition for them this year was to finish 4th. If we win the MM cup then great, if not, well never mind. I want to see them in Champions league action next year, end of, FACT.

By the way Reedo says he's going to give you the biggest welting you have ever had, sunday in the G car park at 3.59pm, just in time for the football at 4.00pm.

spelling shmelling, Brian there is only you who would have noticed that........the others didnt have a clue, did ya Wilby.

It has finally happened. I now dislike Man City. I never thought I would because they have never been in the reconing, however the spouting City "fans" have put paid to that. Im even getting it in the street.
Chelsea will love Man City, as they will become the second most hated team in Britain instead of Chelsea............and that takes some doing as they are ****neys as well LOL
You Blue Mooners should with respect, wait and see what happens, and if ya win everything like you could, then you have the right, but until then, keep yer gegs shtum............. Cos I would hate to be the one who say " I Telt Ya See"rofl.gif
