I have just been advised by a friend in the north east that Windscale failed to keep a fixture last weekend and have resigned from the Wearside league.
I don't know how true this is, so if anyone else hears anything please post on here.
They are due to play HCC in the County Cup tomorrow, not sure if this will be affected.
Shame if it's true, I always liked playing at the Falcon Ground and we were always treated really well everytime we went there.
I guess some players will leave for pastures new, however, if they don't their reserve team could be pretty decent, and who meets them next, yes our reserve team!!.
