I noticed yesterday at Heddon, as I wandered around the pitch taking photos, that there were many comments about the away strip. I suppose Carlisle United would get similar remarks when they first wore it. It's certainly bright- either a design classic or nightmare depending on your point of view!

The players love it, hence why we had only 12 pairs of shorts on Saturday. If you have taken a pair by mistake please hand them back to Steve, Duncan or Graeme, as if not you are not going to be able to use it again.

Sorry Wilbo, cannot agree with you on this matter, a strip born from the devils spawn....horrendousno..but then aginWilbo when you played everything was in black and white...so I see why!!!!!!!!!!!biggrin

This from a man who supports the dark side of Manchester (and forces his three young children to as well).

I bet they must have had a similar strip at some time in the last 10 years or so, after all they release 7 per year.
