For those of you who don't know two Carlisle City youth team managers,Duncan "BENDER" Adams and Andy "RAINO" Raine, are part of a four man team who are cycling the coast to coast route this weekend. The lads are doing it to raise funds for the Eden Valley Hospice and Cancer Research. If you would like to sponsor either of them, for as much or as little as you can afford, I'm sure the lads would appreciate it. I wish the lads good luck on this journey and have no doubts they will complete it after the hard training they have put in already. Once again please support the lads, thank you.
Well done boys, 74 miles on day 1 was a good start. I believe there was 60 tinny's to be drank on Friday night but only a few were put away before they all fell asleep, you must be getting old lads!!!
