I watched with interest the half time team talk by the managers of our older under 18 team on sunday when part way through they got out a tactics board to explain something.

Does Griffy & Ivan get it easier with pictures & drawings, was that the reason?

Steve Bellas - If you were watching this it's not a tactics board you need to explain things to the Alliance team, it's crayons and big sheets of paper.

I once used a picture from page 3 of the sun to explain to Twiggy and Luppy how important it is to stay close together when playing up top together!!

Why is Griffy looking away in the photo? Did someone tell him the tactics board was a photofit of him for crimewatch?

Is that Andrew Johnston the Fulham centre forward holding the board?
