I hear that the new artificial pitch at the Sheepmount has been marked out for hockey, rather than football. Is this an indication of priorities down there?

Cumberland FA did not want a third generation pitch down there they wanted another one in Penrith

There's certainly a need for one in Carlisle- you would think Penrith could manage with the Newton Rigg facility.
