We have a good entry of girls teams for our own festival so feel we can promote the following too:

Thompsons F.C are holding their first football festival at the sheepmount on the 7th/8th June 2014. So far we have over 1100 boys/girls taking part from under 7s uptill under 17s. At Thompsons F.C we are actively promoting Girls football and we are pleased to announce that we have made many good contacts with teams from the North East. We have now got teams travelling from the North East to our festival in June. We are leaving the dead line for team invites open to the last minute for girls teams as we hope to get as many teams from Cumbria & the North East to take part as possible.
