It was quite a shock when I received a text on Friday afternoon saying that Mike had passed away. Mike had been secretary at Harraby Catholic Club throughout their time in the Northern Alliance, and it was always clear how much he did, which basically was he did everything.
Harraby resigned from the Alliance at the end of last season and in a way Mike probably received a well-earned break. It's such a damned shame he should pass away so suddenly.
