Do you need any help with planning training sessions for your team? Is there a particular aspect of the game you are looking to develop with your players? Do you require ideas on drills to work on with your goalkeepers?
I have recently been looking to work specifically on drills to help my players with the timing, weight and accuracy of their passing. After discussing with John Duncan what I was looking to achieve he suggested a number of drills explaining how to set them up, how to run them and how to progress them. John has coached right across the age groups in junior football so is really good at making sure the drills are age appropriate and fun for the kids.
Just thought I would mention it on here as I feel it would be worth any of the coaches within our club having a chat with John about planning and running training sessions, I found his knowledge and experience a great help. (He also specialises in working with goalkeepers which can be a daunting prospect for coaches with little or no personal experience of this playing position).

I'm suprised the senior teams are not using the expertise of Johns coaching. He is easily one of the best coaches in modern day football and has all the qualifications to back it up. The club should be tapping into his wealth of experience and man management.
Coaching can be difficult to keep fresh, so utilise the expertise! Put something different in to your session, it could be a good hour spent! He is always available!
My under 13 team would like john to take a training session when he is available. We train on Tuesday s at the Sheepmount from 7-8 please let me know when hes available ? Cheers S Doyle
