Any Team who has an astro slot at the sheepmount will be aware that the Club arranged the first 10 weeks sessions only, with the invoice being sent direct to me for payment.
The 10 weeks will more than likely be up or close to being up and if you require further time on the astro it is up to you to arrange this direct with the staff at the sheepmount. The invoice for any second 10 week slots is also your responsibility and sheepmount staff have been advised of this, so don't be surprised if you are asked to complete a separate booking form and pay up front.
It is likely, but still to be decided, that the Club will not be arranging astro slots for teams for the 2013/14 season, this will be the manager's responsibility.
