Volunteers for league finals weekend

maybe no one can do it cos their going to the radio 1 gig!

Maybe no one can do it cos its not in the rule book, cos that is gospel. Any challenges to the rule book are met by " its your rule, you the managers decided upon it".

Help goes both ways, especially if its common sense!

The volunteers who run the league have managed to organise 2 full days at the best ground/pitch in Cumbria for all the teams to play on ,

For most off the kids this will be the only time they will play in a stadium belonging to a pro club !

We know as a club how much work goes into these weekends so maybe a little respect and a few hours helping out would be appreciated !

And it is in the rule book- clubs that do not supply 2 volunteers can be fined. I have put my own name forward but would hope that there are two others who could step in.

I now know that Mike Keyes and son Niall have volunteered which is much appreciated- still room for more

same as usual Brian,, nobody wants to volunteer!! happens every year,hope we have a better response for our festival!!! biggrin biggrin biggrin
