I havn't seen any figures on this, but apparently Mike Dean gives more penalties than any other Premier League ref, and he did it again tonight. It was a stupid challenge by Luiz and quite possibly a penalty, although the striker made a meal as per usual.
I wonder why some refs give far more penalties than others??
