The boys did really well, in fact I would say that is the best they have played so far this season.
Very pleasing for both Warren and myself was the clean sheet as Longtown had some good players and only some dogged defending by our boys kept them out, Joe Chandler in particular made a fabulous tackle late in the second half when the Longtown centre forward had gone round Alex in goal and had the goal at his mercy.
MOM saturday was given to Connor "jags" Fraser for his outstanding contribution in the back four - well done.
City U12 Reds were exceptional today, back to front. It was 2nd v 3rd and the boys did the club proud. Won 6-0 but was a fantastic performance, defence was top drawer.
