Police are hunting for a man seen performing a sex act on himself in Penrith on Thursday morning.
At 7am, a woman spotted the man on the corner of the B5305 and Unthank road. He then sped off in a white van, with a registration similar to WV06.
Police now want to speak to the man, who was aged between 45 and 50, around 5ft5ins tall, with a rounded face.
He had brown hair and a blue polo shirt and blue combat trousers.
The front of his van bore the letter W in navy blue, and had a company name, which the woman did not see.
