Steve Dobinson, Cumberland FA ref's officer, has been very helpful with finding some refs.

We have two definites and one possible so far. Takes the pressure off club people having to run around with whistles in mouth!

I think there are now 4 we can count on- all people from outside the club.

Very pleasing response- six definites and one possible. Many of these are young officials gaining valuable experience.

A schedule has gone around tonight to all refs who contacted us. Hopefully, we will have two refs to cover each age-group. Great stuff- and hopefully offering good experience to up and coming officials.
