Hello Brian, a couple of things of interest from the meeting. Firstly the league have appointed a " Charter Standard Development Officer " ( Chris Read ) onto the League Committee, to help co-ordinate the Leagues application to the FA to become a Charter Standard League. If successful I think it could be the 1st in the country. Secondly, The RAF have donated 3 complete sets of football kits to the league, which would be suitable for a under14s team. In order to be in with a chance of receiving one of the kits, applications stating why you would like one of the kits have to be handed in to the league within a week of Thursday nights meeting. Only one kit per club. The winners will be pulled out of a hat at the next league meeting.
