Some of you have been unfortunately missed off the email circulation in September requesting information from your CRB checks.
Please if you didn't receive an email, can you provide me with your disclosure number and date of check, if you haven't already done so ASAP. Alsi remember that Assistants and Referees are also required to submit a disclosure application.
