Games off this morning

Typically when the decisions to call games off were made, the weather was awful, then the sun came out for what would have been kick off time.

At least we were able to postpone ours for 24 hours so will try again tomorrow

we got lucky this morning we got our game played at rickerby park,the rain kept off ,the sheepmount call games off to easily.

It's maybe too easy to be cynical, but you get the feeling they like to take the easy option, and call games off.

I don`t know who and when they called the games off but in there defence I took the decision at 9 oclock to phone and cancel my game because it looked really bad and i thought it was to bad for the parents and kids to to stand for an hour in. maybe a rash decision but at the time right. no one could have predicted the sun comming out by 11. we all make mistakes!! confuse

SHEEPMOUNT HAVE DONE THIS FOR YEARS! HAVING SAID THAT THE EARLY MORNING WEATHER WAS WORSE THAN THE NORM,JUST A SHAME NO GAMES PLAYED WHEN THE WEATHER ACTUALLY GOT OUT OK.
