I heard the session was excellent and there was between 10 and 15 attended which isn't bad considering some of the teams may have been training last night and the CFA had a similar thing on with David Wilkes at Central Fields.
Well done to Keyesy for organising it, I believe Eric has agreed to do another one for us, which is good of him.
I attended the Eric Kinder coaching session and found it very helpfull. There was some useful exercises that wil come in usefull when my team has training next week. It was funny to see the puzzled look on some of the coaches faces when Eric was explainig what was going to happen before an exercise, but we grasped what was the object of the exercise was when it was actually being done. Eric said he would do another session after christmas so hopefully he didn't think it was a poor turnout if he is prepared to do another session. Praise should be given to Mike Keyes for organising this event.
I found the session useful and would me up fo the next session, got to admit I was one of those with a puzzled expression, but then I have that expression most of the time. The sun didnt help my expression either but the fact that it was there was better than the rain we have had
As for the lads I thought they did well to adapt to a new coach and ideas whilst being watched by such a knowlegeable load of other coaches.
