Mr Wilson at our game at Guisboro last night a gentleman by the the name of Bob Usher or Usham asked us if anyone knew a mark wilson from Carlisle who had played for Gretna many years ago, we waited first to see if you had owed the man any money before confirming we knew you he also asked about your teammate Les Armstrong , anyhow we had a good chat with him and he asked us to remember him to you.

I do remeber an fa cup reply at Guisborough on a tuesday or wednesday evening, long journey, partizan crowd, and we won 2-1, I think Les scored, and I got the other so maybe that's why he remembers us both. Alternatively he might remember tashy armstrong because he put Bob's son in the stand on a couple of occasions as Les sometimes did. Saying that if your return match with GTFC is midweek and he travels with them I will come up and buy the man a pint, can't say fairere than that.
