His exit is a bit of a shocker- I wouldn't have expected that just yet.
I wonder how it would have gone if he'd got the England job- he may have done worse than McLaren!!

The crack on talk sport this morning was that the players had quite a bit to do with his departure, not only the tactics but the coaching methods (too old school compared to the modern way Mourinho worked).

Players are always going to have a big influence I suppose- it's happened at Carlisle Utd with the last two managers.
