Trevor Brooking, that's him pictured, reckons this country is not developing its young players properly. He is particularly concerned about 5-11 year olds and 11s-16s.
Is he right? What should we do differently?

What is the evidence that we are behind other countries ?
Is this a feeling or is based on a belief that if we are not World Champions at something, there must be someting seriously wrong ?
