I won't say which junior game this was from today, but at half-time one of the players was heard to say to his coach " Please tell Mason's grandad to shut up" I suspect that young player was spot-on with his comment

Can i please ask any City managers to try and not train on the pitch thats set out for City under 11's ! weve only played a few games on there yet its very weathered and looking damaged in certain area's. Hope this doesnt spoil any training sessions, its just that as our home venue its going to end up against...

One possibility could send Alston to Windscale in round 2, if they both win in round 1- this game would have to be played within days of the 1st round. Its crackers.
